About

The Chicago ISA Fund helps One Million Degrees and Noble Schools alumni along with Bottom Line, College Possible , and OneGoal students from the Chicago area cover the costs of earning a bachelor’s degree.

You can apply for ISA funding to help you cover

  • Tuition

  • Living Expenses

  • Books and Supplies

  • Account balances


Eligibility Requirements

  • Student from the Chicago area who is a participant or alumna/us of a BFF partner program:
    • Bottom Line
    • College Possible
    • OneGoal
    • One Million Degrees (alumni)
  • At least 17 years old
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or DREAMer with active DACA status
  • Full-time status during the term for which you're seeking funding
  • Meeting satisfactory academic progress (SAP) criteria at your school
  • Enrolled in or transferring to a bachelor’s degree program at an eligible institution (below) OR enrolled at a City College of Chicago with plans to transfer to a four-year institution to earn a bachelor’s degree.
  • Pursuing your first bachelor's degree
  • Students from all grade levels eligible
  • We may obtain your credit report to check for certain adverse credit events, but will not use your credit score as part of our eligibility process
