BFF partners with Knowledge Finance as our third-party payment servicer. After you sign your ISA contract, you need to set up an account with Knowledge Finance. 

Once you create your account, the student portal allows you to:

• Make payments

• Report your income

  • A step by step guide to reporting your income

• Reset password

• Update your contact information

• See past statements
